hey, I'm India.
I'm 16, and I'm recovered from anorexia. but it hasn't always been easy.
my journey began in 2022. one thing I desperately needed during that time was a form of support - a relief of sorts, from the constant battle in my head. nobody really got it.
now, 3 years later, I've decided to help others the way I needed it back then. I've realized that comfort is literally the be all and end all of recovery. (for me at least. maybe you can relate).
Recovery Boxes aims to provide you with a unique form of comfort during your recovery journey - coming from someone who has been through it.
these boxes are completely customizable, supplying anything from a mental distraction (like my favorite sketchbook and pens), to a physical hug (a weighted stuffed animal you can warm up!!), to a handwritten note and helpful resources like nutritional label covers and engraved spoons.
most of all, we hope you come away knowing: you are never alone.
